Plastic drill index source

Searched google but struck out.

Any source for the Norseman / Viking style plastic drill indexes? No bits.

Got a couple of sets in metal, easier to carry in toolbag in the plastic tube.

I couldn't find any other place selling this one. I have one that came with a set of drills. Nice case, but maybe not $30 nice.
