Plastic Fender Protector Film

Anybody know where to get a roll of this stuff? I'm talking about the temporary self-stick plastic wrap type stuff that repair shops and dealerships use when working on your car, often a light blue tinted color. I'd like to put that down first and then a regular fender cover on top while I'm wrenching. All that's turning up in searches is the 3M or similar clear-bra type film.

I have some carpet protection film, but it's pretty sticky, and I don't know about the chemistry of the adhesive potentially causing paint damage. Maybe that's what they use? I see Grainger has some in that blue color I've seen before...

I wonder if clear Christmas wrapping plastic and heat would work.

my friend put it on area of his '48 ford coupe. Not sure about removal but he finds he avoid the usual road rash. I think its 3M brand

Thanks man, what I was looking for. I'll probably get the 18" Road Wrap since it's the cheapest and specifically states it can be left on up to 7 days.
