Guys I was wondering if someone knows of a place that sells these small plastic trays that will fit into say a Sears tool box drawers?I have a large amount of different size taps that I would like to put all into one drawer but be able to go right to the tap that I need.Like they are all lined up into kinda a cove that is maybe 3" or so long but is about maybe 1/2-3/4 wide that each tap would set in and not bump into the other taps.I did find what I was looking for but they are made to fit Kennedy tool boxes and about 140.00 per drawer. So there has to be another choice out there,if you know of any maybe provide a link to what you have or know about? Here's an example of what I am talking about. Thanks guys trying to get organize this new year

For my taps I use those plastic sorter boxes with the dividing slots and a lid.

I write the tap size on the lid to make it easy for me.

Plus I can pick the whole thing up and take it to the workbench when needed

Na guys I can't find nothing on the trays in the pic,yea I could make some which a guy made some using Trex decking cause that material does not attack moisture like wood does. But Strout link does come close, its plastic and can install dividers for those different lengths and price is not bad at all.I may order couple just to see how that works out before ordering a whole drawer full

What about this stuff:
Cj0KCQiAsJfhBRCaARIsAO68ZM7NxwqPjQWcJP9mRcdAq22Qw9AcIcNKGkglpuKaTjriEWRvPU7ttVcaArqWEALw_wcB,
"ReoFlex 30" by Smooth-On.
Says it's a pourable Polyureathane molding rubber.
Make a mold same size and 1/2 depth as the drawers you want to use, coat the tools liberally with oil or Vaseline. Place in mold pour in rubber to fill mold. Rubber sets. Ta-Da custom drawers liners!

Soooo, I saw your post last night and tried to find something online for ya but failed. Today while making a delivery at a strip mall I saw these poking out of a recycle dumpster. They might be a little small but they might work for ya. It looks like shipping/display containers for makeup. 86855fc530e6ecbbcda0f930e7acda0c.jpg

I'd be tempted to get a piece of Corian or poly cutting board and cut it to fit my space, then create the slots with a round nose bit on my router. Would go pretty fast on a router table with a fence and a couple stops. You'd just be doing manually what was done by CNC in your photo.

Google "water bottle ice cube tray".

Different sizes, dirt cheap. Take your pick.
