Did you consider making one or getting one made for you? It's a minor pain in the rear to use but you could easily make the handle removable. Ours is an industrial unit that safely carries ~1000 lbs, probably cost way more than it should have.

I rather just buy one. Dont want to have to deal with making anther project or an ordeal over it. I'll end up spending $500 and making something that can carry a car bahaha.

I've had the HF one you mentioned since 2007. It served me well hauling two kid's stuff in and out of college dorms and apartments. The description shows a 440 pound capacity, but honestly I wouldn't trust it with that much weight.

i dont think ill ever put that much on it. maybe 250lbs at most and only has to roll about 100ft once a month but it will have the weight on it at all times. i was thinking of cutting some 3/4 plywood and bolting it down ontop first to displace the weight better. not sure how that cart is made or if its all steel. my worry is the handle braking off lol

The plywood's probably a good idea to spread out any point loads, as the platform looks to be made from two sheets of steel with reinforcements stamped throughout and forming a tubing-like perimeter. The handle is tubing and pivots for storage.
It's worth taking a look if you have a HF nearby.

i need to take a look at it. i have one close by which is nice. northern tools makes one that looks just like the one from HF but holds 660lbs. wonder why it holds more.

i ended up getting the northern tools cart instead of the HF. the hardware they use to mount the wheels ***** but other wise it seems good for what i paid for it (on sale plus coupon). should handle what i need it to do.
