Purchased a MG725 on eBay about 6 months ago and paid $150. Thought it was a great deal, but a sticking trigger is the reason why the wrench was up for auction.

I found a local Snap On Rep and asked for the local shop that performs the repair. Explained to him that I purchased the wrench on eBay and did not have the original paperwork as proof of original owner. Instead he took ownership of my problem and sent to wrench to the repair shop in Las Vegas.

The wrench came back and is in perfect working order, a fresh rebuild covered under warranty, no out of pocket cost.:bounce:

Just wanted to say that I have A+ service from a Tool Truck and I did not have to purchase thousands of dollars of merchandise to get top notch service.

Thank you Snappy:thumbup:

they come with a two year warranty. If you send it in they go off the serial number and have date of sale recorded. They will let you know warranty or not.
you will have a 90 day warranty on the tool as well after the repair comes back...
