Thanks for taking a look here.

I used Build It Solar's Heat Loss calculator.
https://www.builditsolar.com/References/Calculators/HeatLoss/HeatLoss.htm

I want to use an electric boiler panel for in slab radiant heat.
I live in Esko, MN and used -20 as the Design outdoor Temperature and set the heating degree days at 9500
My garage is 30x44 10' 2x6 walls and attic trusses. Two 24x36 windows. One 36x80 man door with a window approx 2x2' and one 18x9 R18.4 garage door.
Walls are R19 and ceiling under the attic floor will be R19 and the 8' on each side of the attic floor will be R38 or better. Attic will be unheated.

Slab is 5.5'' with 2'' R10 XPS foam underneath and against the footings. Also have laid down a 4' wing of 2'' XPS R10 around the perimiter for frost protection.

Using these calculations defaulted at keeping the shop at 70, I am getting BTU of around 37K BTU

I only plan to keep the shop at 50 degrees if that helps as well.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
