Please Help ID this Compressor

The owner claims it's a 5HP, 2 stage compressor.

The tank is made by Manchester and is 60 gallons.

Based on the paint color ... I was thinking perhaps it's a Kellog-American, but it's hard to tell. The motor is supposed to be original and it's a 5 HP Magnatec.

thats the color that Curtis Uses too. having a manchester tank isnt any giveaway, most MFG's use them. it could be a Kellog, but that pump looks like an old Champion R-15? see if there is a tank number on the badge plate "NBB number" you might be able to trace it with that as long as it was sold out of PA, if it was a Kellog it would have been.
