Please help identify company (SW logo) and age

Picked up this little T-handle a while ago and cleaned up only yesterday.
Does anybody know who made this? (SW logo, model 3121)
Approximately how old is this?

Stevens Walden, I believe. I have some so-marked 1/2" drive sockets. No idea on the age, though.

I found a couple of Walden sets the last few weeks. I imagine they are from the ‘60s. Here is the one I made up from the best pieces of the sets I found.
