Came across this and it was offered to me for $100. Guy is real nice. Owns a small engine/tiller/snowblower/mower repair shop. I was fixing his phone up for him and this was in his basement. I apologize in advance for nothing of scale in the background or additional pictures. I guess it's about 18-24" wide. Not small. I was on the job and he offered it to me quick and i snapped a pic quick to review later. I think he said it may be a craftsman and more than likely not american but i doubt he knew difinitively. The man was skilled in his profession. Worked for Troybuilt and later the rebadged Gardenway before they shut doors in 1999. He had a surface grinder, shaper, horizontal and vertical mill and 2 old lathes in his shop.

Anyway. What is it and might it be worth $100?

Thanks
