Please help identify

I have a couple more tools I got from cleaning out the parents home that I could use some help identifying. I have enclosed pictures.

First one is a bench mount pipe vise

The first is a vintage pipe vice. Ridgid made one of the best models. I have two of these.

The last tool is a combination pliers and light duty hammer. These were often seen in the cobbler trades for making bespoke shoes. I have a similar pliers.

Is that a 1907 patent date?

Must be a multi tool: pliers, hammer, cutters, pry bar and screw driver.

or a saw set.

That hammer pliers thing is probably not leather working, might be tire weights or similar usage. Can't see the patent date, can you post?

Or what it says after National. Or both

Because I could make out the name "National" on the OP's picture, I was able to look up the pliers online. The quality of the information is what it is for internet sourcing...

Cool, I love it when brute force matches up to elegance. I searched datamp for companies with National in the name, then scrolled back until 1907. Only one pliers out of three issued that year.
