Is that a 1907 patent date?

Must be a multi tool: pliers, hammer, cutters, pry bar and screw driver.

Because I could make out the name "National" on the OP's picture, I was able to look up the pliers online. The quality of the information is what it is for internet sourcing...

Cool, I love it when brute force matches up to elegance. I searched datamp for companies with National in the name, then scrolled back until 1907. Only one pliers out of three issued that year.
