Please help me date this Cornwell angle head wrench

11/16 angle head wrench.
Marked 24 Cornwell AW12 .

I searched and found some models without USA (as mine is). But none of those had the AW. I read that not having USA meant early perhaps, but that the AW came later. I am sure you guys can straighten me out on this one!

Any help appreciated! I am newish to vintage tools but love this place!

Ok let's see if this will help you out some... Dating is hard for Cornwell so giving a decade is much easier instead.

AW = Right angle wrench.
IW= Ignition wrench.
TW= tappet wrench.
CW= combination wrench.
BW= box wrench.
EW= open end wrench.

As far as date goes 1930's.
