Please help me identify antique railroad vise.

Excuse me if I make mistakes on this site, it's my 1st attempt. I have been given this massive 187 lb vise, it's stamped T050 & T49. The former owner has been deceased for many years now but was employed by the railroad. I've read that the railroad may have ground off any identifying makers marks. The most similar vise is a Charles Parker. I recently posted this vise to Craigslist but I want to be sure I'm asking a fair price ($1,000). It looks as though it has 7" jaws. It has no welds to indicate it's ever been broken.

Between the jaw inserts and the collar to retain the screw, it does resemble a Parker. Strange casting numbers though. Should probably post in the vise mega thread https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=44782 lots of vise experts hand out there.
