I know you guys can help

I am stumped :dunno:

The first looks like a big pen with coils inside and a big alligator clip (ground?) on the other. Has a Snap On label.

The second from top:

Valve Keeper tool?

Solid Iron Tbar

Angled Clamp

The two copper cigar shaped things also have coils and have "Fargo" stamped on them.

The flat wrench is also Snap on and is some type of pin spanner?

The red handled tool.

The reverse tapered reams/punches?

The reams.

The hones.

Extra credit for what they are used on/how they are used.

Thanks in advance!

Red Handle looks like a clip popper. Saw one at sears today that looked similar.

The hones would be for either brakes or small engines. I cant tell on size

Probably a test light or the like. Hook the clip up to one side, touch the other terminal with the probe. Check it with a meter first

IDK

Solid Iron Tbar
IDK

Angled Clamp

The two copper cigar shaped things also have coils and have "Fargo" stamped on them.
IIRC, Fargo made line splicers and other electrical joining pieces

The flat wrench is also Snap on and is some type of pin spanner?
IDK, does it have a part # on it?

The red handled tool.
Agree with MRG above, again any markings?

The reverse tapered reams/punches?
6, 7 and 8th from bottom are star drills like Zrexxer mentioned
Need a better pic of the 5th from the bottom. Looks like a piloted tool

The reams.
3rd and 4th from bottom are reamers, they make round holes rounder :lol_hitti

The hones.
Last and second from bottom are cylindrical hones

Extra credit for what they are used on/how they are used.
Google is your friend;)

Thanks in advance!

5th from the bottom is a valve guide cleaner. The springy part rubs on the inside of the guide to remove carbon build-up.

I believe that the item in the first photo with the wire and alligator clip is an etching pencil for marking metal. The clip attaches to a car battery and the work is attached to the other terminal of the battery. You then use the pencil to tattoo your desired pattern on your work.

This is how many used wrenches came to have the owners name or initials marked on them. It should burn in hell for its sins.

I have the same one in the first pic, I haven't seen it so long. If I remember right it's a solder iron made by Snap on.
