Please help me identify this vise

Hi everyone – I’ve had this vise for about 50 years on my workbench. I’m trying to find out the maker, as well as determine approximately how old it is. The only markings on it are on the collar that says “11.22.44” and on the side of the body and sliding jaw where it says “63” on both. I would greatly appreciate any input!

Looks kind of Parkerish but I think it may be a Millers Falls model 63 oval slide vise. Here is an ebay link to a similar or the same vise.
