Are you looking for a year estimate or something else? Alloy Artifacts is a great site if one was identical to it but curved it’s probably from the same time if the logo and everything are the same too.

I was trying to ballpark an age yes. When I search for this wrench I find similar but none have the dash S after the 3020.

Ok I’m not too sure on the exact age I would guess though it is early probably. I searched for the model number on google I did find some Pennens ones which were made by Plomb/ Proto with the same model number as this one and looked the same.

This is identical to one on Alloy Artifacts, other than the -S
The -S on proto and Plomb tools signifies an industrial finish vs a chrome finish. They also have -N wrenches which signifies a custom size combination that was not part of the standard offering. I think Plomb only has the -S for 1-2 years right at 1940.
