Please ID this double shaft buffer

got this buffer but no background...owner passed
tag missing
3/4" shafts,right and left threads
stamped number may be 166441623
what looks like green paint under the grey,possibly primer

I dont have the amperage, will be a week or so before I can get to my plug in watt meter
runs smooth and works great.

I'm stumped trying to think of who else made grinders/polishers like that with that elongated snout on each side....
