right click the image and use Google Lens to search. It comes back with another two like it. One has a FPU looking emblem, and another very closely resembling one says Boley. Probably the same general top casting used with different bases for different companies.

That's a bison or FPU (Polish made) vise
i have one in good condition. really nice vises. the biggest downfall of them is that the outer jaw is stationary and the inner jaw moves. not an issue unless you need to clap some sort of large object that hangs below the vise as they don't have a lot of overhang. good if you are holding something heavy or twisting on something and you want the weight over the bench vs over the edge.

a unique feature of this vise is that the inner, moving jaw slides on a dovetail. if one looks closely there are thee set screws on the side of the moving jaw. they can be adjusted to take up wear, allow for easy adjustment being "looser" or a more difficult adjustment by being "tighter" if one wants a very secure hold. the jaw can be tightened and then the dovetail can be "locked" with the set screws to remove all play, in essence locking the movable jaw to the base

upon further review. i see that one of the set screw mounts appears to be broken/missing. that vise appears to have led a rough life. i don't consider these to be a light duty but i also wouldn't be wailing on it with a sledgehammer. i would call it more of a precision vise. unless it can be bought cheap that one may be a pass.
