I know this came from Western Auto and I can find pictures of the regular charger but none like this "Booster - Charger." Looks like late 50's early 60's. Any info on this?

The 100 amp boost switch is for giving the dead battery a goose in the pants to try to charge it quickly. It might also work when you are trying to start a car with a weak battery. It's not a great idea tho, as a 100 amp charge is hard on the battery.

That's deserving of a strip, prep, and fresh coat of black paint. Here's one I've had since the mid 1960's and it was used when I got it, from a funeral home where it was used to keep the Cadillacs ready for the recently-departed and their mourners. Probably 40 years ago, I blasted it and rattle-canned it, and it's held-up well. I have a Deltran charger/booster with Li-ion capacity I now use, but if this needs to, it does the job. I'd say it's 55+ years old.

One of my Deltran chargers took a dump, so I cut the cord, and they sent me a new one, but my Schauer is still working.

Ford had an earlier pushbutton system, in the steering wheel. "Teletouch."

I have worked on old cars for 45 years, and owned a 1958 Edsel, and was unaware of the Ford push button transmission. I know 1958 was the only year of the ball speedometer. Wonder how long the push button transmission was produced?
