please identify this old tool chest

This was a drop front before the lid/front were removed.
26" wide, 12" deep, it now stands 12" tall withut any lid. Wrinkle finish paint.
The drawer pulls are stamped steel, chrome plated, the finger openings are wider at the bottom and a bit shallow ostensibly for clearance to the (missing) front panel.
Whatever it is seems well made and suits this spot in the bottom of my cart perfectly.

Pretty sure Kennedy had those trapezoid handles. Wrinkled paint matches them as well
