Please Indentify this 1/4 Drive Spinner Handle

Please identify this 1/4 drive spinner handle. Handle appears to be made out of wood. Came in an None Better metal box from the 1930s. Has made in USA on the shaft.

If its original to the box, then None Better was a label used by New Britain.

Yes I have None Better Sockets with it and a Duro Chrome (DURO) universal socket.

I tried to google indestro, duro, new Britain etc.
