Wow, Home depot wants $40 for one of these! They call it a "rolling tool" but the pic came up when I put splining in google images.
Forty for the metal wheeled one? Please don't waste your money, it's not worth it. The red and white all-plastic one is around $9.99 and is a good home-owner one. The one pictured in nine4gmc's response is a better one (but my wholesaler doesn't carry any more) that is good for more commercial use. I have two at work, both worn and should be replaced.

No I'm not shopping. I was just trying to see what they sell for and was shocked HD is asking that much. Not just them, the next place I found selling them with wooden handle and the same size wheels as on mine was $42.
