Pliers identification (medical?)

I picked these up for $1 at a estate sale. After some research I found they could have possibly been used for veterinary K9 tooth removal, but am not sure. If anyone has info please share it.

Dental for sure... it does appear to be veterinary …

I have a few human ones... It's amazing how useful they are. I use one to help set hog rings when my applicator doesn't get them tight enough.
