what are the differences between this and standard rubber air hoses? roughly the same price and pressure ratings

I bought a HF hose reel a few years back and the hose has several splits in it which leak air and need to replace

I bought two Goodyear Pliovic air houses from Tractor Supply this past spring when they were on sale. I've only used them a few times and they worked pretty well. I think it's some sort of rubber hybrid but more flexible than regular rubber or PVC.

anybody else? looking to buy my new hose today after work and would like some feedback on how they hold up compared to rubber

also, I am told PVC *****, so I am staying away from that, but what about Polymer blends and hybrids?

I've had one pressurized for I think 8 years in my garage now with no issues.
It's lighter than rubber, and has a harder / more slippery surface. Holds up as well as rubber though. Yes, PVC *****.
