Plomb or Proto?

I keep hoping to find a Plomb plastic-handled screwdriver.

I came across this relatively large, flat head screwdriver. I'm trying to figure out if it is a Proto or a Plomb? The markings are almost unreadable. I have enhanced the parts that I can read in the handle photos. As far as I can tell, there are no other markings. However, if I knew specifically where to look for a "PLOMB" or a "PROTO" mark I might see if there is even a trace of a marking left.

It is 12.5" overall length, shank is 7.7 inches long, shaft diameter is 3/16", the very tip is 7/16" wide. Number on handle looks to be 9608.

What do you think - Plomb or Proto?

Thanks,
