***All sold, thanks!***

I have decided to stop collecting the Plomb Proto "Lawsuit" tools. My toolbox is getting kinda heavy, and I never was able to put together a respectable selection of these "lawsuit" tools.

These are the ones that caused Plomb to get its a** sued off by Plumb, and they were out a little less than a year. I think 1949, but it might have been end of 1948. A court had previously told Plomb to stop using the name Plomb (since Plumb had complained), and they sorta did and sorta didn't comply...they were trying to shift over to Proto, but wanted to leave Plomb on for awhile so people knew the name was changing. The court blew its stack, and there was a BIG fine, and a BIG payment to Plumb. Put the company into some serious financial trouble. So these are the last we saw of the Plomb name.

Also two plomb pebbles from close to the same vintage but a little earlier.

(1) 13/16 Proto Plomb Combo $12, has owner name lightly inscribed as you can just see (the matte finish disguises it).
(2) 1/2 9/16 Double OE, the backside has been ground a little for clearance (no that's not a crack!) $10

*** Above SOLD to V-8 Garage $15. ***

(3) a pretty 1134 pebble ***SOLD to 48548***
(4) a 5265 breaker (why do I keep buying these???) ***SOLD to Terabyte***

All prices are at or below what I paid. Will need to add for USPS postage, I will send cheapest USPS shipping I can find.
