Those be Plomb Pebbled ratchets, generally thought to have been manufactured 1945-1948. You have both the "flat" style (is it 1/2"?) and the "puffy" style (3/8?) pictured. I am suspicious that the "puffy" style came later in the run but have no source to back me up on that.
After Plomb lost their lawsuit with Plumb, they changed their name to Proto, and you can see how similar the famous pearhead Proto ratchet is to your vintage pebbles.
Earlier pre-pebble Plomb ratchets also had a pear head, but without the "hips," more like a teardrop head. Very art deco looking.
Side note: the larger ratchets (such as 3/4 drive and up) kept their pebble look after 1948, I think, but without the Plomb name. Maybe somebody can back me up on that.
As you can tell I am Plumb Nuts about your ratchets. Enjoy them! Pull them apart and lube them, it's very easy to do, and they will work for you and your children for many a year.
If you have any other pebble items, show 'em! (Or sell 'em to me!) FYI your ratchets (best guess) might fetch between 10-30 on ebay, but for heaven's sake don't sell them unless you're skint.
