1/4" set incomplete but whats there is an excellent unused shape.

Is that olive drab box, the one with PLVMB TVVLS LVS ANGELES embossed on the top? If so, that's some vintage art-deco goodness.

He should clear that up shouldn't he. I know that would make a substantial difference to many such as you and me! :thumbup:

I'm guessing it's not, since I can't see any embossing from the inside. (Weren't those embossed 1/4" tool boxes generally used to house WF tools?)

I think you might be right, I actually wondered the same thing but did not post it. I think that box is newer, though it does look almost the proper shade of green.

Items arrived today. I spend 15 minutes unwrapping the pieces, thanks for the thorough packing job. I'm amazed at the workmanship, and the ratcheting action is so smooth...amazing for items that are 60 years old.
