Here is something you've not seen. A brand new old Plomb 1/2 dr ratchet. I looked it over and it doesn't look wired wheeled or cleaned or anything. It has the finish marks on the flat surfaces and no scratches on the cover plates from cleaning. It just looks freakin NEW. Picked it up at an estate sale today. It was in a small period style metal socket box with rounded ends. Had a bunch of Proto Los Angeles sockets in there. I sat in the truck afterwards just checking this ratchet out. You can even feel the sharpness in the PLOMB letters. Funny edge marks on the handle by the logo is just some grease in the edge corner. Just too cool, I had to share.

Rickster...that thing is dangerous. It is rumored to have, like, plutonium stored inside the head. You must dispose of it properly, immediately. The accepted process is...well, it's complicated. Tell you what...just ship it to me, and I'll handle that dangerous chore for you totally for FREE!!

Yeah, I am a nice guy.

Seriously, congrats on a terrific find.

Very cool. I never thought that old tools would really interest me this much. Now every time I am out I am looking for them :)
