'Plugs' for Blast Cabinet Gloves Holes?

Have plenty of scorpions and occasional black widows... This makes me very wary of carefully checking the gloves before putting my hands in.

Looked around but didn't see any readily available plugs to seal them off when not in use - like simple plastic 'lids' or something that could snugly fit and effectively seal my glove openings from insects and such.

Could perhaps cut some circles out of plywood and put some foam on the edges and some knobs... but thought I'd ask if there was anything simple, cheap and readily available before hand.

Mine is a rather old cheapo gray colored Central Pneumatic (HF?) bench model with approximately 6.5" openings or so.

Thanks,

(PS some great blast cabinet threads & ideas: I really need to seal this thing and put a light in it and add plumb up my shop vac!)

Large refrigerator magnets (they sell them in 8-1/2 x 11 sheets, or pick up a decorative one at a truck stop).

You could also use balloons. Just inflate them in the glove and tie them off.

Maybe pull the gloves inside out, so they're hanging out of the front of the cabinet. That would also allow them to dry out (rubber gloves always get sweaty and stinky.)

Two cicrles of plywood with a carriage bolt set into one, a rubber hose sandwiched between the circumference of plywood and a wing nut on the outside would be your own custom "test plug". As the wing nut tightens the space between the plywood the rubber hose will expand.
