Are Plumb Files rare? I picked up one up at an Estate Sale. I couldn't find any information on it searching the internet. It's about ten inches long. Thanks.

They bought Carver File Co. trading as Delta File Works, also of Philadelphia. Here's a Delta catalog. Carver / Delta history.
