plumbing/bathroom help

I am hoping to start rough plumbing tomorrow night if the contractor gets the base finished.

The shop is about 100' from the house.
The house is on sewer and I have a cleanout I can tee into about halfway between the shop and house.
Main water line comes in at the front of the house. I do not know the size.

1. Do I need to tie into the water before it comes into the house or can I tie into the house at the rear?
2. What size water line should I run? Type? If tie in at the front it would be another 50-60'.
3. Thoughts on my bathroom layout? Should I change anything?
4. Anyone with some plumbing experience like to draw me a diagram with how it should be plumbed? Ha, would need material list as well. Need to know where and how many vents would be needed as well.

I show a washing machine in the diagram. It is a small washer that washes and then it dries. Pulled it out of my old 5th wheel, figured what the hell to wash rags and work clothes while out in the shop.

I am only roughing in the plumbing so they can pour the concrete hopefully by the weekend.

That's very ambitious. How deep is the sewer when you will tie in? I think you need 0.25"/foot for the sewer grade. I did pretty much the same thing and it took us a couple days. My cousin in a plumber with about 20 yrs experience.
Be sure to measure everything exactly!!!

First thing I would do would be to sniff around with a rotary laser level, dig test hole where you are going to tie in to expose the pipe. Basically do a survey to figure out if you can accomplish the rise/drop in the expected run. The rest is going to be digging and pipe joining.

The waterline obviously doesn't care about rise. Normally I'd want a 3/4" line but a 1" would be preferable.

There's a black tube sold at big boxes that joins with barbed fittings that I was going to use (underground) to run water out to my garden area and keep from having to drag 300' of hose back and forth every time i mow.

The venting is to supply intake air to the system so that the water doesn't get sucked out of all the traps everytime a toilet is flushed.

My yard slopes down towards the house and the cleanout. Plenty of fall, maybe too much. Im just running the pipe outside of the building right now so they can pour the slab. May have to do a redneck septic system. I have no code issues to deal with.

I need help with what is in the picture you posted.

I am not a plumber, I have no idea what I should use or how it should be done so I dont have problems in the future.

You need to locate the walls so you can install the vent tubes in the walls. The wall thickness also needs to be taken into account for the toilet flange. You need a vent for every fixture. The total vent size needs to match the total main line size (probably 3"). Here are some more pictures of how it looks once you have concrete.
That's the shower trap under the plastic, and the shower vent off to the left.

Here you can see the sink drain / vent on the top left. To the right is the vent for the shower. The toilet and floor sink vents can be seen on the bottom right.

Fill all the vents with a stand pipe up about 10' to make sure there are no leaks. You need one of those ********* weenies to plug up the pipe in the clean out. Make sure to install a double sweep clean out next to the slab. There is some BS code that says you cant have an upstream cleanout unless it's something like 1 or 2' from the slab. They were bitching because mine was 10' away.
