Hi,
Working on plans for the new 32 x 28. Before the floor pour, I know that's when the plumbing rough-in need to be done, especially for the toilet. Planning a sink also, means that should be tied into the drain. I got a ridiculous estimate from a local plumber of 8k$ to do this, do the rough-in for a new laundry room in the new mud room and relocate a powder room plumbing.
Here are my questions:
1)I'm in Maryland - how do you deal with inspection and do you need a licensed plumber to do rough-in work?
2) Can anyone give me key tips on the garage rough-on work?
3) Have any of you done this yourself?
I've done lots of copper, pvc and cpvc work, so am not a novice. I've installed utility tubs, well tanks, well neutralizers, etc.
I'd appreciate any guidance and help!
Thanks,
Tom
