Plumbing Schematic Question

Just want to get some thoughts on the attached schematic.

Installing the in floor heating in a 40X40 polebarn, there will be 6 runs, each being 300 ft. long.

The barn will be used for heated storage so there is no need for separate zones at this time. It will be kept between 50 and 60 degrees during the winter months.

The heat supply is an outside wood furnace and the pump is mounted at the furnace.

Thanks in advance

That is a simple system as shown. I would always pipe it Primary/Secondary however. With an outside wood fired appliance I would use a buffer tank and pump the system off that tank. An excellent resource on this is "Primary/ Secondary Piping" by Dan Holahan. As well, looking to the future and knowing how we build ourselves into a corner sometimes, I would break the system up into zones. You don't have to run it that way but if you set up the manifolds in say qtrs or thirds of the floor area you have a great deal of latitude if the use of the building changes. Once it is poured you are kinda two blocked.
