I was just about ready to make this same question, when I decided to do a search first. Since there have been no replies since it was first posted in January 2017, all that I can think of is that everyone knows how to do plumbing, but not heating, air conditioning, or electrical. Possibly plumbing tools don't fall into the same category as mechanics tools? I am certain that someone knows the answer, but if they are willing to share the answer, is another question for another day...
