Plvmb 5320?? ignition obstruction wrench

Bought this yesterday. Kind of a mystery to me. Number 5320, I know of no Plvmb wrenches number starting with a '5". Number 3320 would make more sense, so it could be a misprint.
It is cad plated and I assume WWII. Has the style and stampings of the WF series. The other thing is there is no 'USA' or 'made in' marks.
Other than the strange markings, it looks like a standard 5/16 ignition or electrical connection wrench.
