Looking for plus or minuses for plywood flooring to be used in Tuffshed w/o concrete pad. Size of building would be 18x30. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated. Is the savings versus concrete cost worth it? I have been told if I put it on concrete it becomes property taxable every year. Thnaks in advance. I am really glad to have found this site.

I would check your building codes before making that assumption about it being taxable. A building that large will need some sort of excavated foundation, which will require a permit vs. sheds which can be easily built on a skid or blocks-on-grade. In most towns, the "no permit required" limit is 10x10.

http://www.generalcode.com/webcode2.html might help.

I have a 14x48 building behind my house with plywood floor. I park 2-3 vehicle inside it with no problems.
