Plywood Mover With Rough floor/Terrain

Getting tough to haul 3/4 plywood. I am a shade tree woodworker so going over bumps and grass are typical for my 60+ year old body.
Any suggestions for a device (hopefully non-powered) to help me move and stage sheet goods?
I can still pick it up but it's taxing to walk 30 feet and while being physically possible it's quite draining for this bio hauler.
No overhead structure for a jib crane. Something with larger wheeled with ability to go from horizontal to vertical would be ideal if it exists.

I hope I am not asking for something that doesn't exist.

Can you break it down before moving it around? A cheap track saw and a sheet of insulation works great for this.

Otherwise, maybe a yard cart/wagon with a long handle?

Since this is GJ, I strongly recommend either a telehandler or a tractor with pallet forks :)

Don't always know what I will need when I bring it home and still in the truck bed. Last few sheets I got the price was back down to just being outrageous and not ******** insane so I bought a few in anticipation
A tractor would be great but hard to justify the cost just for this task.

I would think something like this, but with larger pneumatic tires would be key for getting it to the shop.

There is this design as well, but again, build it with larger off road tires

There was a plan for a plywood tilter for a table saw, but I can't find it right now. It was on a bigger cabinetmakers saw, not a portable or contractors, so the mass was in their favor.

Interesting idea as I am typing this after dropping plywood on my finger and making a ****** mess

I have no experience with this, but it looks helpful.

That'll be nice to get some feedback on, only the tires scare me for grass. They would probably be fine on my textured driveway.

I don't think I would want to try and roll that around a yard. Feels like a back strain waiting to happen from it tipping over.

If you installed larger tires, maybe, but then the table won't be level when the leg is unfolded unless you add a block under that too

Could always replace the existing wheels with similar sized pneumatic tires.
Probably wouldnt be much trouble to add some training wheels as needed too.

W/O buying a purpose built dolly, You could just center on a stout 2 wheeler hand truck and walk em backwards. Done that, not hard, easier than those extended handle carriers.

All of those carts that are designed for rough surfaces?
Not all, as someone pointed out, the customer-use ones at Home Despot can barely roll in the store. Decent A-frame panel carts will handle walkable terrain (not stairs, lunar landscapes, etc...). We use then at work, and have only destroyed a few.

I know. My point is that they don't seem to exist.
