Where is the setting to allow incoming PM's from all users instead of just friends?

Also, my sent messages are nowhere to be found...

Click "User CP" top of the screen then click "Edit Options" on the left hand side of the page. You can allow pm's as well as turn on the option to save a copy of sent messages from there.
