PM's are disappearing

For some reason my PM box is not sending PM's and not showing my previously sent PM's. Also I have tried to post in a thread in order to purchase something but when I try to post I get a message saying that I don't have permission. Could someone please contact me so that I can rectify the situation? Is there a minimum number of posts before I can post in the classifieds? I apologize if I missed such a rule. Thanks

D'OH !!!

Sorry about that. I somehow totally missed that. Thanks for the help. I noticed that my "sent items" folder in my PM box was empty, despite having sent a couple of PM's. That combined with my inability to reply to the classifieds had me worried that I had broken some rule that I didn't notice and had my posting privileges suspended. Thanks for helping me clear that up. And to the site staff, I am sorry for not noticing the sticky.

I think you had better read that again as it says replies to Classifieds are turned off and if you want information send a PM.

Lt Cheg, If you have a problem with PM's you had best post here again about the problem so we can let Ryan know

I am doing some reconfiguring. As a result, members can no longer reply to classified ads. If you are interested in an item, simply send the member a private message.

PMs are not stored in your "sent" folder unless you go into your User CP and check the option for enabling that feature.
