Pneumatic caster wheels from HF, leak proof?

Im looking to swap over the hard caster wheels in the HF cart to a pneumatic wheel. I'd be rolling it from the shed, down a small ramp and across 6' of yard to the driveway. I'm reluctant to get a pneumatic wheel from HF as some of the reviewers say that they don't hold air. Is there a fix for this? Slime maybe, or even remove the tube and use that spray foam in place of the tube? Thanks all

I believe many of the issues are because they use a tubless tire. Adding a tube often fixes the leakage issue. Slime might help too.

Nice. I was under the impression that they were tubed. I'll just add a tube then, easy enough

I have been using those cheap Chinese Pneumatic Tired wheels for years, occasionally I need to air them up. But for about $5 each, I will continue to buy them.
