I have this Snap On 0030019 air chisel. Nothing happens when I hook it up to air and rotate the On/Off dial. Does anyone have suggestions to make this work. I tried varying PSI up to 120 or so. I’ve never used it before. I got it used.

thats not an air chisel. looks like a gasket scraper to me

^^This. I have the exact same one and it works great for removing stubborn gaskets. I would suggest that it is frozen up and needs to be freed. Try spraying some penetrant and/or lube as scooby mentioned.
