pneumatic v. corded electric drill

I need to get a new drill. My cordless does not have the torque to remove a broken bolt that is rusted into a suspension knuckle.

I'm looking at a 3/8" because of the confined space it will be used in. In general, will a pneumatic have more reverse torque or a corded electric?

I have over 50 electric drills and about a dozen pneumatic drills, the electric have more torque but the air powered are smaller. I love my CP 3/8" reversible but I also drill somtimes in hazardous (flammable atmosphere) so a pneumatic is a must.

I have always preferred pneumatic, but I use them for drilling, not for taking out a bolt. Smaller, higher RPM, easier to control.
