I need to buy some air powered sheetmetal crimpers for my shop to replace ones that belong to an employee who's on his way out. He had some of the kind with the crimper/punch combo head that we used for making patch panels to go on the side of trailers. However, the crimp really wasn't as far into the panels as we would have preferred. Both types of units I have seen for sale have a similar jaw configuration to what we were using: 1/2" wide, raised portion 7/16" long and lower portion 9/16" long. We don't use the punch function.
