Pocket sized adjustable wrench

I found this one which is supposed to be made in Japan by "TOP"

it's quite expensive for an ajustable wrench this size. $40..

Does anybody know anything about it? Is it forged?

I have the Lobster the OP shows, its not real robust but it works great on air tools.
