Adam Carolla has Ace on the House and Carcast that are pretty good. They download free off of ITunes and he has a website too.

I just listen to Iheart radio, Elvis Duran and the morning show phone taps .... that gives me the laughs sometimes to start the day...

Stuff You Should Know is great. Has a good mix of history, current events, culture, etc.

Astonishing Legends is great. They cover supernatural stuff.

Also Avexcel covers hi-fi and TV stuff. I don't know of any shop or tool podcasts. I'd like to listen to some. I think there are some if you type in carpentry.

Car Talk has a podcast version of old shows.

I use the Pocket Casts app which is only two bucks but is the best.

Corolla was on at work one day. He’s half Mexican and ranting...”if you live in l.a. you’re either dumb, or Mexican, or both.”

I was sitting next to a Mexican dude. And somehow it wasn’t awkward.

+1

Learned so much from these guys. There is a large back catalogue to choose from so there should be some subjects you find interesting.

Business of Machining is great. Fair amount of small business stuff, but good info on cnc mills/lathes.

Welding tips and tricks is great 50% of the time. Sometimes they get some guests that are less than stellar.

Making chips is okay. Hosts feel like like they are trying to hard will their radio voices, but info is often good.

Mike Rowe the way I heard it is great. They are short 10 min stories, so not shop related, but good.

Stuff you missed in history class is one of my favorites
I used to like the Adam Savage podcast, Its called Still Untitled: The Adam Savage Project.
Just haven't had much time to listen to them lately. This semester is kinda tough

Different topics usually but The Art of Manliness podcast is one of the most interesting and well rounded. A couple other interesting ones are Adventure Rider Radio and Baby Boomer Radio.

Amusing since before the fires he lived in Malibu.
