Well, first I have to get it inspected, and assessed by the township. The less of a finish = less taxes. Run electric through out the building. Need some help here with light choices. Any sugestions???. Epoxy the floor and then I want to insulate the **** out of it. Add one of those little Mitsubishi Heating and Cooling systems. And then slowly build work benches etc.

I really like the home depot 8ft t-8 with 4 bulbs. I have 35 of them in my shop and they are a nice fixture for 40 bucks. They have no flicker and start instantly. Also they are rated for flushmount.

Sounds good to me. 35 sounds a lot. I have to check them out at HD next time I am there.

I have 14ft ceilings and a dark floor so that eats alot of light. Mines right a 2000sqft. But its still plenty bright. And i have 25 wired up in that picture. If you havent thought about ceiling yet i would suggest metal siding seconds. I got mine for 45bucks a square or 10x10 area. I couldnt find a single blemish.

AB Martin Roofing Supply out of Pennsylvania. They came to Cape May County so that means that they will most likely come anywhere else.

I did not wanted to see the pressure treated lumber so when I ordered the kit I asked for additional 140 ln/ft of color matched 10" wide flashing. I will take a picture of it for you tomorrow.

Great job. I am left with two thoughts:

1. I hate you because of your perfect BACK yard...seriously, I let daisy pandemics rock the back yard...front yard is of course a different story.

2. You are one hard working muldoon...in an unrelated note, need a part time job on a farm in Ohio with low pay and no bennies?

Great Job! My father in law wants to add a garage to his cabin so I'm chomping at the bit to get him looking at pole barns because it's a perfect application to his needs; low cost; easy to build; doesn't live in a restrictive neighborhood (like mine) that doesn't allow pole barns. I'm subscribing so I can see how the inside comes together as well. Thanks for all the updates

I thought about it. But I am not going to be living in the garage. As long as its not raining on my head I am good.

I have found lots of types of these mounting "blocks" for vinyl siding, aluminum siding, wood siding of all types but nothing for metal siding.... The installation isn't the same because all the house type siding relies on the underlayment board for installation and a pole building has no such board...

Thanks for the bottom flashing picture. Hope you don't mind if I steal the idea.

If you, or someone has a pic on how the wainscoting attaches to the siding, I'd be interested. Is is sealed joint?
-Sorry if it seems like a noob question, but I have very little experience with siding of any kind.

Once again, very sharp building. Nice job!

Its a two pcs. mounting bracket that I got at Home Depot. Hopefully the pictures will give you an idea on how I did it.
