You win the award for "The least amount of damage to a yard" during a garage build. That grass held up great to the construction. Side note I went through Cape May about 28 years ago as a young man.

Kalstar...check this out from Carter Lumber. You can punch in some different sizes and different materials and get a rough figure. Just remember that location also determines the price somewhat. http://www.carterlumber.com/Estimators/Garage

Tall Fescue is the best high trafic grass.

Old thread.. But I have a shop being a diypolebarn being delivered in 2 weeks. I've been reading for about 3 weeks straight on this page. I like the makeshift scaffolding. Going to make my project a lot better.
