Ok guys I've been lurking way to long and I'm finally got the green light on building my small dream :rocker:. I was wondering what builders are near the columbus ohio that you would recommend. I've looked at
diy pole barns 30x40x12 13,000 and hans pole building same size 13,500
I can put the specs up if that would be better both are with no cement.
Let's me know what you guys think. Can't wait to get this going along time coming.
Thanks,
Jeepie

I used Tecumseh Buildings in Sardinia, Ohio for my 30 x 40 gambrel roof barn.

Not exactly next door, but in the general area and Tecumseh has been in business since 1975 with a great reputation.

I am a satisfied customer since 1989.

Any Amish in your area? They do great work too.

I've used Graber buildings in the past. Very good price and quality. Not a lot of customization. Kirkham buildings out of Delaware county is excellent! But you will pay for it.

I used The Amish. Superbbarns.com is the web site. I can send you a pic of mine. Looks great and price was right. My brother next door to me used 2 other companies when they built.

If you're north of Columbus, I know a guy that might be able you help you out.

EDIT: Nevermind, I thought Ashville was South, after I checked it out, yeah that would be too far for him.

I used these guys from Plain City.

I couldn't be happier. I had several bids and they were not the cheapest. But they were in my back yard and it pays to do business with locals. They tend to return the favor.

Not the best picture but one I could find. I went with a 24x32. It's full now. Wish I had gone bigger. Lol.

I'm in Newark, Ohio. I got my 40x64x14 pole building from 64 metals (now lifespan Building systems) http://www.lifespanbuildings.com. They are out of St Louisville. I'm happy with the building and materials but I would recommend having someone else erect it. They sell the building and materials (they make the steel panels in St Louisville) but they sub out the building install. I wasn't happy with the sub contractors they hired, seemed to be the lowest bid, lowest quality. If you are installing it yourself this is not an issue, or if you have a good contractor, that would work too. Also, if you are looking for steel trusses, this is one of their specialties, but this type of roof design isn't for everybody.
