Pole Barn Ceiling Insulation Question

Hello everyone....about two years ago I had a 30'x32' pole barn installed. At the time I only went with the double bubble insulation to help with any condensation from the roof. I have soffit vents as well as a ridge vent. My trusses are spaced 4' OC.

I live in New Jersey so we experience some cold winters and hot summers.

I just scored a sweet deal on new insulation (r19 walls/ r30 ceiling) batts that are for 16" OC walls, which is fine since I have already framed the walls out.

For the ceiling, my thought was to hang metal liner panels and roll the insulation (kraft faced) on top on the metal liner panel and in between the trusses.

If i keep insulation tight in between trusses, and even though they were just rolled over liner panels, would this be acceptable in not losing much heat?

Also I hope to keep the barn around 50 degrees ( in floor heat) eventually, is there any concern with condensation from the metal ceiling?

As for the walls, I got the blue extruded poly board that I am placing in between the wall grits, then I will insulate the walls with the faced r19, I have about a 6 1/2" space, so there will be a gap in between the insulation and outside walls.

Was wondering if my thought process on how I want to do this is correct.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Jeff
