The gas line, it is from a well that was installed way back in the day. No tracer. Called 811 before and got the all clear. Installed a 1500ft tv cable line and ripped thru a 10psi line. For this job i got the all clear again.
Its for the free heat PO used to own 50 acres and parceled my lot off to there daughter. Parents died they took parents house and I bought the daughters.

The reason it sounds like you are getting the all clear is because you have a private line (not a commercial owned) and private lines are not marked or required by your utilities companies, it is the owner of the lines responsibility. You can hire a locating contractor to mark that private line and then take lots of measurements and pictures for your future use. I assume it is a metal line, so easy to locate.

Well ****. Pole barn delimma part two. Had my garage door guy (not builder) install same door as on my old garage. (New door 2014 20x7.5 from two 9x7's)

The color is off. Havent paid for then yet. Would you leave it or insist on what you ordered?

Garage door guy just called. He said "my mistake, new doors are on the way" i didn't even ask. So i suppose enjoy the pic.

New developemnt, about to pour concrete. 5" slab on 2in foam. 1/2 o2 pex. Rebar 12 center one way and 18 center other.

* Just to pour (i prep) labor quote is about $2-2500. Seems high? No pumper. 30x40 1200sq ft

* I keep hearing wite mesh is stronger! From four contractors.

* Was told to drill into my post which are sitting on a 24"x12" footer. And put rebar into them to tie the floor to the building?

* I have all the supplys and the bank said no more money for you, lol.

* I want a nice finish, i keep hearing burn it it real tight? Good or bad?

* Also sealing it, next day or 30 days later? Iv head both. Or not at all?

They said it will be like walking on ice.

Been a hot summer, grass didnt come in as full as I hoped.

I diidnt seal my new floor either, because I dont want it slippery. Every concrete floor I have seen that has a sealer on it is slippery.
